Behind the name Alhatimy Academy is not just an institution, but a personal journey shaped by family. Alhatimy is my family name, and it is through their support that I have reached this place. Carrying their encouragement and sacrifices with me, I hope to build a legacy in their name; one that serves the Qur’an with accessibility, sincerity and care. This journey begins with me, but the mission is greater: to create a space where every student can grow closer to the book of Allah, lighting the soul through every ayah.

The heart behind Alhatimy Academy

My journey with the Qur’an has been filled with both challenges and blessings. Along the way, I experienced first hand how much difference a patient and supportive teacher can make. My own path eventually took me to study in Egypt, where I was able to deepen my knowledge and, by the mercy of Allah, gain an ijazah in Qur’an recitation; a trust to be carried with sincerity, not a title to claim. Since then, I have been gaining experience teaching and working with students of different levels. Through these steps, I realised the need to create a space where learners: young or old, beginner or advanced, could feel uplifted, guided, and connected to the Book of Allah without fear or hesitation.
